We are looking for a PRE-SALES EMPLOYEE*, who likes to pick up the phone and is open to making new business contacts. Because that’s how you’ll support our Account Manager in looking after and expanding our customer base in Spain and be part of our IT sales power …

FOR US – These are your responsibilities

  • Collaboration with the assigned account manager from the office in Badalona
  • Independent processing of incoming orders as well as written preparation of quotations • Order related goods
  • Order related goods
  • Follow up on open quotations & orders, request and pass on delivery dates
  • Creating follow-ups and maintaining call notes in the Emis database
  • Communicating information to customers about specials (delivery dates, promotions, etc.)
  • Telephone activities in coordination with sales management and/or account manager
  • After sales activities to an appropriate extent
  • Compilation and dispatch of marketing materials

The most important thing: You have great talent in the field of communication and you are not afraid of the phone!


FOR YOU AND FOR US – What you bring with you

  • Finished apprenticeship in International Commerce/ International Trade/ Marketing, alternatively a bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably first professional experience in the field of sales or in customer service
  • Very good Spanish/English language skills, alternatively very good German language skills
  • Technical interest and understanding of our IT product range
  • Great talent in the area of communication and negotiation skills
  • A convincing way in dealing with customers
  • Digital affinity for MS-Office and our CRM system
  • Self-initiative and a careful way of working are part of a good working environment for you
