By applying for an RMA number, you accept our warranty conditions and the RMA terms and conditions.
To ensure fast and successful processing, here are some tips:
RMA Terms and Conditions
1. RMA number
You will be notified of the RMA number shortly after sending the RMA form. Once the RMA number has been issued, the application is deemed to have been approved. Our general terms and conditions apply.
2. goods declared defective
Goods declared as defective are tested at macle. If no defect is found, we will have to return the goods to you at your expense. The withdrawal period for consumers is excluded.
3. incorrectly ordered goods
Incorrectly ordered items are generally excluded from return.
4. new goods
New goods are subject to the full manufacturer’s warranty and must be processed via the respective manufacturer. DOA cases are accepted within the first 7 days after delivery. The statutory warranty applies.
5. return shipment
The RMA number issued by us must be clearly legible on the package. The return must be made within 7 working days. Protect each individual part of the item with bubble wrap or other cushioning material. If possible, use the original packaging and the original box of the item. Place the packed items in a box and fill all empty spaces with cushioning material. Place your return in a box without old labels. Close the box. We reserve the right to take back goods in stock in justified exceptional cases, but only in unopened original packaging. Here we charge an e-fee of 15%, but at least €25.00. The manufacturer’s seal must not be broken under any circumstances! Never stick, label or damage the original cartons of the goods! A return of order-related goods is generally excluded. We will be happy to check the possibility of an individual repurchase offer. The withdrawal period for consumers is excluded. Please understand that returns without an RMA number and correct and secure packaging will be rejected by us. The accessories belonging to the item must also be returned. We accept no liability for accessories returned in excess. The issue of an RMA number does not automatically entitle the customer to receive a credit note.
6. software and warranty extensions
Returns of software and warranty extensions are generally excluded.
7. transportation damage
Please note that transport damage must be reported immediately.
