By applying for an RMA number, you accept our warranty terms and RMA conditions.
To ensure a quick and successful processing, here are some helpful tips:
The RMA number will be sent to you immediately after filling out this page. However, this does not mean that you have applied for an RMA. This is not accomplished until you have completely filled out and submitted our RMA form. By issuing the RMA number and sending the RMA form, your request has not yet been approved. Our General Terms and Conditions apply.
Goods declared as defective will be tested at macle. If no defect can be found, we will have to send the goods back to you with costs. Excluded is the withdrawal period for consumers.
Incorrectly ordered goods are generally excluded from return.
New goods are subject to the full manufacturer's warranty and must be handled through the respective manufacturer. DOA cases are accepted within the first 7 days after delivery. The legal warranty applies.
The RMA form confirmed by us must be clearly visible from the outside with the issued RMA number. The return must be made within 7 working days. Protect each part of the item with bubble wrap or other cushioning material. If possible, use the item's original packaging and carton. Place the packaged items in a box and fill all empty spaces with cushioning material. Place your return in a carton with no old labels. Seal the carton.
We reserve the right, in justified exceptional cases, to take back and refund in-stock products, but only if they remain in their unopened, original packaging. Here we charge a restocking fee of 15%, or at least 25€. The manufacturer's seal must not be broken under any circumstances! Please do not write on, label, or damage the original packaging of the product! The return of goods ordered specifically for the purchase order is generally excluded, though we will be happy to consider the possibility of an individual buyback offer. The cancellation period for consumers is excluded.
Please understand that returns without an RMA number with proper and safe packaging will be rejected by us.
The accessories belonging to the article must be returned with it. We assume no liability for accessories returned in excess. The assignment of an RMA number does not automatically entitle the customer to receive a credit note.
The return of software and warranty extensions is generally excluded.
Please note that transport damage should be reported as soon as the goods are received.
